Basic Policies for Information Security
Information security policies
At TechnoPro Engineering, Inc., we declare that we will continue to provide our clients with safe, trouble-free services, by establishing and adhering to the following information security policies.
- 1.We shall be aware of the importance of security, and senior management shall take the lead in proactive initiatives to create a security management system, manage it appropriately and make ongoing improvements.
- 2.We shall establish risk assessment criteria and mechanisms for particular types of personal information and confidential corporate information, and shall conduct risk assessments on this basis. We shall create optimal information security measures to protect this information.
- 3.We shall conduct education and training sessions (both regular and as required) for all employees in order to raise awareness of them in relation to the importance of security.
- 4.In order to provide our clients with uninterrupted services, we shall take measures to address information security threats before they arise. In the event that incidents do occur, we shall deal with them promptly and devise measures to ensure that they never occur again.
- 5.In carrying out safety measures and measure to protect confidentiality, we shall comply with relevant legislation (such as the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on the Prohibition of Unauthorized Computer Access, the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, and copyright legislation) as well as our business agreements. Any employees found violating these obligations shall be punished by applying the appropriate rules in the employee work regulations.
Our information security objective
TechnoPro Engineering shall provide clients with safe, trouble-free services by adopting security measures to protect its information assets, and the information assets that it holds on behalf of its partners.
