TechnoPro Engineering is an engineering outsourcing company with a long history dating back to 1968 when we were founded as an industry trailblazer. We provide comprehensive support for a client’s projects by placing technical personnel and undertaking commissioned and contracted development.
We have expanded our network to include two locations in China, as well as more than twenty locations in Japan. Our team now includes more than 2000 engineers and managers. Our main clients are in the industries of IT communications, IT infrastructure, energy, heavy industry, automotive, and home appliances, but we provide multifaceted, total solution services regardless of regions, technologies and areas.
In addition to the technical skills that have cultivated through various experiences, our engineers also have management skills, strategic thinking skills, planning skills, social skills and problem-solving skills that enable them to contribute to smooth progress of our clients' projects.

In the global society that has developed in recent years, the technical innovation and economic growth of some countries, particularly those near Japan, has been extraordinary. This has resulted in a wide range of needs, and it is not enough for Japan to simply improve the "low cost, high added value manufacturing technologies" that have been Japan's greatest strength. In this day and age it is now essential that we reform our organizations and recreate our frameworks.
In order to respond to the diverse demands of our clients, we are nurturing engineers with the strategic thinking skills that allow them to respond to changes, as well as specialist skills. At the same time, we are also solving management-side issues for our client companies, namely making employment more liquid, switching from fixed costs to variable costs, and simplifying labor management.
