Our legal compliance and CSR policies
We conduct our business operations following a strict compliance process that is integral to our service delivery. Clients can place their trust in our people to stay within the legal boundaries outlined under current legislation related to outsourcing and labor dispatch laws. We employ a dedicated CSR team to review changes in legislation and enforcement practice on an ongoing basis in the regions where we conduct business. We provide training to engineers and staff as part of our on-boarding process and on an ongoing basis with regular testing to ensure our employees remain current in their knowledge of legal guidelines. We also provide training seminars for our clients to educate them on current legislation and the potential impact on their business operations.

Regulatory compliance system
Our legal compliance and CSR policies and procedures are embedded in our company culture to protect our employees and our clients.
- 1)Compliance process for proper management of temporary labor dispatch contracts
When concluding temporary labor dispatch contracts,we have established a set of internal standards and procedures to assess the risk of each new assignment. Assignments flagged as high risk are reviewed by CSR executives before client commitments are confirmed. After assignments begin we follow-up with on-site visits to confirm work description paperwork is consistent with the work assignment and confirm there are no unpleasant surprises in the event of a labor bureau audit. We proactively work with clients to resolve any potential issues. - 2)Compliance process for proper management of outsourcing work
We have created "outsourcing standards" which serve as a general rule book when performing outsourcing work. When receiving orders,we confirm the contract contents, work description and detailed work instructions are consistent with these standards. We manage the project with periodic reviews to ensure compliance with the outsourcing standards is maintained. - 3) Internal audits
We have a dedicated team of CSR staff that conduct on-site audits both in branch offices and on client work locations to confirm our internal policies are followed. The objective of this effort is to correct any potential issues before an official visit by Labor Bureau authorities.
Information security
We have established a policy outlining information security that is shared with all employees when they join the company. Protecting confidential client Information is essential to building trust with our clients. We strictly adopt the information security rules established by each client for the duration of each client assignment or project. Failure to follow the information security policy is grounds for dismissal.
Protection of personal information
We provide training for all employees on the legal limitations in sharing personal information and the reasons for these rules. We ask all new hires to sign an agreement that must be strictly observed concerning use of personal information and confidential information. We make employees aware of the importance to prevent personal information disclosure and the penalties for violating the terms of the agreement.
Internal whistle-blowing policy
We have an in-house whistle-blowing policy to provide a means for employees to share information relating to improper employee behavior,potential violations of laws/regulations,and other potential risks to our company. Our objective is to maintain a work environment where all employees can perform their duties in a legal and proper manner without fear of raising potentially sensitive issues.

We strictly observe laws and regulations to fulfill the social responsibility of the company based on a high sense of ethics. We are expanding business with a high social responsibility strongly related to employment with "employment stability/expansion, demand adjustment of manpower,and business structure innovation".In order to actually observe the rights and profits of all stakeholders such as shareholders,customers,business partners and employees,and as a market leader and good corporate citizen, we consider observing laws/regulations and securing transparency of management by disclosing information strongly related to corporate value. In order to achieve our social responsibility, we place maximum importance on corporate governance and pledge to drive home compliance in our business management. We also aim to be an attractive company that is able to make a social contribution by a strong sense of responsibility and a higher sense of ethics as a "self business" where each and every one of our employees has central player awareness.
