Learning Centers

We have established learning centers to support our engineers as they advance their skills through goal-directed study.

Our learning centers provide powerful and detailed support for each individual engineer as they design their futures, with programs based on an annual training plan for the entire group. Our education programs cover a wide range of industrial and technical areas, and we have created an organizational structure that allows us to propose optimal solutions and to rapidly provide the technologies sought by different industries. We aim to create an environment that will be supported by our clients, our employees, our investors and by society in general, from the perspective of nurturing engineers.

Basic stance

We provide training consistent with this basic stance, in partnership with technical counselors all around the country known as Career Design Advisors (CDAs). This training is intended as backup support for our engineers as they acquire qualifications, design their careers, and pursue other forms of self-development. We aim to have a complete curriculum that accurately captures the educational needs of our engineers and our clients, covering technologies with a high degree of market relevance.

Curriculums have been set up so as to be used in actual work situations, with a view to current needs and future trends

Overview of the training content

The curriculum used in the training for our engineers is enhanced daily, with a view to both the present and the future, by accurately tracking technology trends, as well as the needs of both engineers and clients. Our training courses are not one-size-fits-all, but can be customized to best suit the class sizes and the particular people participating, in order to maximize the benefits of the training. We also aim to impart real practical skills in all our courses, which means that curricula incorporate a good deal of practical training, so that the skills taught can be utilized in actual work situations.

Training courses for engineers

Initial training Trainees master the knowledge, skills and mindsets that they will require as company employees, such as (1) the general situation of the company and business manners, (2) information security, (3) compliance, (4) risk management, and so on.
For new graduates, periodic follow-up training is also conducted.
Pre-assignment training Trainees learn the communication skills that they will require after they are assigned to a client, through role play and self analysis.
Training to become a Health and Safety Supervisor Trainees prepare to take the test to be a Type 1 or Type 2 Health and Safety Supervisor, and master trends in the test questions, as well as strategies for taking the test.
Mental health training Supervisors take awareness training and line care training, while general employees take self-care training. This contributes to achieving healthy work environments, both physically and mentally.
Presentation training This course focuses on the importance of presentation skills for engineers. Trainees learn (1) the elements of a powerful presentation, (2) presentation techniques, and (3) how to use PowerPoint effectively.
Training for taking tests for license qualifications We conduct various courses to prepare trainees for various public license qualifications. For some qualifications tests can be taken at the learning center.
Skills training We conduct technical training in each of the areas corresponding to our internal technical skill accreditation system, namely mechanics, electronics and electrical engineering, information systems and embedded systems.
Training in trending technologies We conduct training in the latest technologies and technologies with a high level of market demand as appropriate.
Support system for distance learning We provide assistance for staff taking distance learning courses in all kinds of fields, not just technical areas.
Leader training Trainees learn the knowledge and skills needed to become a key engineer, including managing and organization, developing team member’s skills, and understanding the market for engineering services.
Project manager training Trainees learn the knowledge and skills required for the commissioning business, including controlling quality, meeting deadlines and using human and physical resources effectively, so that commissioning work can be carried out effectively.
Business skill training Training in the full range of office tools essential for business.
